At THINK Global School, we believe that self-awareness is the foundation for growth, empathy, and leadership. The Inside Out program is our comprehensive wellness curriculum, designed to support students in understanding themselves more deeply, building meaningful relationships, and developing the social, emotional, and physical tools they need to thrive both during and beyond their time at TGS.
This program reflects our belief that education must attend to the whole person. Through a structured, multi-year journey, students explore topics such as identity, cultural understanding, emotional intelligence, sexual health, mental well-being, and ethical decision-making. Rooted in the school’s core values and developed with a global perspective, Inside Out encourages students to reflect, engage, and grow in community with one another.
The curriculum unfolds over two to three years, depending on a student’s time at TGS. Each term builds on the last, with thematic focuses that span everything from cultural reintegration and mental health to existentialism, mindfulness, and leadership. Students participate in guided discussions, complete personal assessments, and engage in experiences that deepen their understanding of self and others. The program also includes focused learning on social-emotional competencies such as self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, and relationship skills.
Inside Out is more than a wellness course — it is a space for reflection, discovery, and empowerment. It prepares students to navigate complexity with resilience and compassion, and to lead with clarity, care, and intention.
